We’re now accepting participants for our Lagree Level 1 Certification in August or in October, led by Senior Master Trainer, Amy Teter, and designed to take you beyond just learning the method – into actually teaching it with confidence.

Learn the Lagree method directly from a top-level expert with deep, real-world teaching experience. Amy Teter has led over one hundred Level 1 Certifications and is highly sought after globally for Lagree trainings.
✔ Built-in Mentorship
You won’t be left on your own after certification. We guide you through the transition from student to instructor with ongoing support, feedback, and coaching with our 6 week Mentorship Program with the Body Politik lead instructor team.
✔ Real Studio Pipeline
Our goal isn’t just to certify you — it’s to help you get on the schedule. Top trainees will have the opportunity to join our teaching team and there is potential to fill spots in all three Body Politik locations throughout the Valley.

Included in the price is the Body Politik 6 week Mentorship Program and it is a continuous 6 weeks after the respective Certification.
