How to Get Started as a Beginner
Starting something new can feel intimidating but Lagree and VersaClimber are beginner-friendly when you know what to expect. At Body Politik, unless otherwise stated on our schedule, all classes can cater to first-timers. Here is how you can join us for your first class:
Step 1: Choose Your First Class
If you’re new, we recommend starting with a Lagree Foundations Class our Lagree intro class that is in a beginner-friendly format. On occasion, we do offer an Intro to Climb or we suggest hopping into any Climb 30 for your first Climb class.
These classes are designed to teach you:
Proper machine setup
Basic movement patterns
Slow and controlled form techniques
How to modify exercises safely
Don’t worry- no prior fitness experience is needed.
Step 2: Take Advantage of the $15 Intro Offer
To make it easy to begin your fitness journey, we offer a $15 intro class for new clients.

What to Wear & Bring
For Lagree and VersaClimber classes:
Grip socks are required for Lagree. Don’t worry if you don’t have them, we have grip socks available for purchase in studio
Sneakers are recommended for VersaClimber classes
A water bottle
A sweat towel for Climb - you will break one!
